Treat yourself this Christmas with this delicious and heart-warming Welsh Rarebit on Toast
Method
1. In a bowl, whisk together the cheese, egg, mustard, Worcestershire Sauce and sliced onions. Season with pepper.
2. Preheat the grill and then grill the slice of bread on one side. Turn over and spread the cheese mixture in a layer across the toast. Sprinkle with pepper.
3. Grill for 5-8 mins, until the cheese mixture has set and turned golden brown. Serve with watercress.
