Method
1. In a frying pan, heat the oil then stir-fry the onions and garlic for 1 min.
2. Add the broccoli, carrots and mushrooms, and stir-fry for 3 mins.
3. In a bowl, mix together the vinegar, soy sauce and honey, then pour it over the vegetables.
4. Mix in the noodles and beanshoots, cooking for 2 mins and then serve.
